Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, membership, package, product, or digital offering with Sunflower Sensible Skincare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies. Terms & Conditions Appointments All services must be scheduled in advance through the official booking platform. A valid payment method may be required to secure appointments. Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled appointment. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Sunflower Sensible Skincare reserves the right to refuse service if treatment is deemed unsafe, contraindicated, or if policies are repeatedly violated. Prices, services, and policies may be updated at any time without prior notice in order to maintain operational standards. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened in order to maintain the appointment schedule. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A €25 late fee may be applied if a client arrives late and the service is still performed within the remaining appointment time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to full payment of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (no-shows) will also be responsible for the full cost of the service. Late cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows may result in restricted or denied future booking privileges at Sunflower Sensible Skincare. Clients who have previously no-showed may be required to prepay for future appointments before booking again. Packages & Memberships Packages and memberships are subject to their own specific policies including expiration dates, commitment requirements, and cancellation terms. Unused services within a package or membership period may expire according to the terms provided at purchase. Memberships may require minimum commitments and written notice for cancellation depending on the program enrolled. Packages, memberships, and prepaid services are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
